Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) are formal agreements that the Cherokee Nation uses to establish partnerships with organizations.

These agreements outline shared goals and responsibilities, supporting collaboration on initiatives like public services, infrastructure, education, and cultural preservation, among other areas. MOUs and MOAs help strengthen community relationships and advance efforts that serve Cherokee Nation citizens and communities.
