Cherokee Nation Home Health Services is a tribally incorporated not-for-profit home health and hospice care agency, that is Medicare and Medicaid certified to provide state-licensed home health and hospice care. The home care agency was established in 1981 by the Cherokee Nation to broaden its ability to provide services to elderly and disabled persons who were Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
